Since our founding on January 7, 2015, DARVIS has reserved and continues to reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to the Materials, including all associated patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets as detailed in our IP List of Patents and Trademarks, accessible upon request. Intellectual Property

DARVIS’s innovation is embodied in its Intellectual Property, including Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and brands, are wholly owned by DARVIS, Inc. since its founding on January 7, 2015. This includes, but is not limited to, the following registered trademarks: DARVIS®, #PLAY®, ServiceBuddy®, Hashplay®, Digital Shelves®, and multiple Picture marks. - Licensing Terms and Conditions 

 DARVIS only licenses its technology to third parties subject to the execution of a formal contract between DARVIS, Inc. and the license receiver. All licenses are expressly contingent upon mutual agreement and payment of applicable licensing fees as stipulated in the contract. DARVIS retains all rights, title, and interest in its technology, intellectual property, brands, and trademarks at all times, and no ownership rights are transferred through any license. Use of DARVIS technology without a signed license agreement is strictly prohibited.

- Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy 

DARVIS, Inc., its employees, and its contractors do not accept, review, or consider any unsolicited ideas, works, materials, proposals, suggestions, artwork, content, or the like, including for advertising campaigns, promotions, products, services, technologies, product enhancements, processes, marketing strategies, product names, content, or creative materials (collectively, “submissions”). Please do not send or provide any submissions in any form to DARVIS or any of its employees or contractors. 

The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when DARVIS’s products, services, technologies, advertising, promotions, marketing strategies, or content might seem similar to submissions provided to DARVIS. If, despite our request that you not send us your submissions, you still submit them, then regardless of what your correspondence states, the following terms will apply to your submissions.

- Terms of Idea Submission 

 You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents, along with related intellectual property rights, will automatically become the property of DARVIS, Inc., without any compensation to you; (2) DARVIS may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way on an unrestricted basis; (3) there is no obligation for DARVIS to review the submissions; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

- Product Feedback 

 DARVIS welcomes your feedback regarding our existing business. If you wish to provide feedback, we request that you use the forms located at www.darvis.com/feedback, where you can select from various listed areas for your input. Please provide only specific feedback on DARVIS’s existing products, services, and marketing strategies using those forms, and do not send or provide any submissions other than through those designated channels.

- Feedback and Information 

 Any feedback you provide via this site will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. DARVIS, Inc. will be free to use and redistribute such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you.
