Jan-Philipp Mohr is the Founder and Co-CEO of DARVIS, where since 2015 he has led the development of AI-driven “digital shelf” solutions that reimagine logistics and inventory management. Under his leadership, DARVIS’s platform has empowered S&P 500 companies and government agencies to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce waste, all supported by over 40 patents filed and more than 13 granted. In addition to his work at DARVIS, Mr. Mohr provides strategic direction as a board member of several software enterprises. With more than two decades of experience in the industry, he holds a degree in Business and IT from the University of Kent.
Michael Dietz is Co-CEO at DARVIS, primarily responsible for commercial matters. With over 30 years of experience in corporate banking, Mr. Dietz has held leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, including Global Head of Trade Finance Flow. Mr. Dietz holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt
Brian Earp is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at DARVIS. Mr. Earp oversees all technology development, including managing DevOps and Backend teams, with over 20 years of experience in software engineering and architecture. Mr. Earp holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Daniel Webster College
Julia Pahl is Vice President of Marketing and Sales at DARVIS. Ms. Pahl is responsible for driving global sales and marketing strategies, focusing on AI-driven solutions for supply chain logistics and inventory management. Prior to this role, Ms. Pahl held senior marketing and sales positions across multiple industries for over 20 years. Ms. Pahl holds an MBA in International Business from Florida International University.
Panagiotis Herbe is Head of Product at DARVIS. Mr. Herbe leads the development of an AI-powered platform for real-time warehouse and healthcare supply chain analysis. Prior to this role, he gained experience in various positions, including roles at NASA, Bain and Volkswagen AG, with over 7 years in AI and product management. Mr. Herbe holds an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs and a MSc in Physics from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen
Frank Niehage is Chairman of Darvis, a lawyer by education, a banker by trade, and an entrepreneur by heart. With over 30 years of experience, he was Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, CEO of Bank Sarasin, and spent 10 years as a key shareholder and CEO of flatexDEGIRO AG (SDAX: FTK), where he was instrumental in transforming it into the SDAX company it is today. His expertise spans fintech, corporate finance, and transformative leadership.
